Managing Your Recordings

Once you’ve uploaded or recorded content in VocalBrief, it’s important to know how to access, organize, and share your recordings. This guide will walk you through the key aspects of managing your recordings.

  1. Accessing the My Recordings Section
    • Log in to your VocalBrief account.
    • On the dashboard, click on the “My Recordings” section to access all your uploaded and processed recordings.
  2. Understanding Recording Categories Recordings are categorized as:
    • Notes: Quick voice memos or short recordings
    • Business Meetings: Work-related discussions
    • Lectures: Educational content
    • Podcasts: Audio content
  3. Viewing Recording Details

    In the My Recordings section, each recording displays:

    • Title and type (e.g., Podcast, Voice Note, Lecture, Business Meeting)
    • Date and duration of the recording
    • Shared status (if applicable)
  4. Sharing Recordings and Generating Share Links

    VocalBrief offers easy options to share your recordings and their associated analysis:

    • Open the recording details page and click the “Share” button to send a recording via email or generate a shareable link.
